Love these lanterns! I use them on my shephard's hook in the winter time with a red bow attached to the hook. Gives such a Christmasy look! Plan to use them with the spike holders once the weather turns to summer. A little disappointed that the light doesn't stay very bright towards the morning hours, but I'm not using them for lighting purposes, only decorative.
