Extort the customer for additional money.
The product is fine. It was the delivery that was terrible. I was contacted by the shipping company trying to sell their white glove service. I politely declined so the product stayed in their warehouse for an additional 10 days. I purchased this furniture specifically for an event and delivery was too late.
