I liked the looks very much, but one of the two lamps stopped working just a few days after getting the pair. I called Walmart (or wherever those calls go?) and asked them to notify the company I would like a replacement lamp. After not hearing back for about a week I called again. This time I was told that the company's response was to send them a picture of the faulty item. (Which showed nothing? It would not turn on) I was given an email but even after confirming it with Walmart the email was returned to me. It was not easy communicating with customer service and even after calling my local store they were no help in this matter. I cancelled my Walmart Plus and went back to Amazon. I don't pay shipping on Amazon.
