  • Shampoo: Soak hair thoroughly with warm water. Dispense 1/2-2 pumps, depending on hair length, onto the palm of the hand and emulsify by rubbing palms together. Massage in gently to create a lather, starting at the scalp and work through to ends. For a more intensive lather, add more water after massaging into wet hair to boost the amount of foam. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse well. Squeeze out excess water and follow with Hair Strengthening w/Moisture Conditioner for best results.
  • Conditioner: Dispense 1-3 pumps, depending on hair length, onto palm of the hand and emulsify by rubbing palms together. Apply to clean, wet hair and scalp, focusing on mid-shaft to ends. Work from the front of the head to the back, using your fingertips to create a gentle, circular massage over the scalp. Leave in for 2-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
