Comfortable, stylish, yet professional. Commute in these and work long days, no problem. For sizing, I have narrow feet and typically wear a 7 in heels, flats, boots, etc but a size 8 in tennis shoes, etc. I followed the guidance by other reviewers and sized up slightly by ordering a 7.5 instead of 7 to be on the safe side. I do not mind the bit of extra width within the boot--would not have wanted to risk pinched toes with a 7.
