I absolutely love this! It's perfect if you are over active and hate normal bras. Could be better if it didn't have the hooks in the back. It's a pain to put on, but feels like a second skin. Don't go based on your shirt size. It runs small. So you have to go at least one size larger or based on how large your breasts are.
