A great recipe book for

A great recipe book for people who want to cook with basic staples and not have to buy a bunch of seasonings, etc that they are only going to use for one or two recipes. Its just plain 'ol wholesome food like we eat back home. It's working man's food.

Wonderful

This is a great cook book, so much of it reminds me of days gone by, when the world was a little slower and we enjoyed the finer things in life more. Everything I have ever ordered from Lehmans has been outstanding. Thank you for your products and great customer service.

I love this cookbook! I

I love this cookbook! I read it front to back like a book and now I'm going through and marking the ones that I want to make first--which is hard in itself because I want to make them all. All of the recipes that you remember when you were young and some new ones, tool. Even has canning recipes.
