This interesting set finds famous Hollywood celebrities backed by swing bands alongside pop/jazz vocalists, including the Nat King Cole Trio, the Andrews Sisters, Frank Sinatra and the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Joan Crawford with Nat Finston and the MGM Studio Orchestra, Mae West with the Duke Ellington Orchestra, Bob Hope and Shirley Ross, the Ink Spots, Bette Davis, Vaughn Monroe and the Norton Sisters, and Kate Smith.
