The Unofficial Zelda Cookbook, (Hardcover)

Ordered as a Christmas gift on 12/2/23 with a delivery date by 12/12/23. Order was never delivered. It wasn't until I checked on status 12/23/23 1 1/2 days before Christmas, that i received an ema minutes later that Walmart was issuing a refund which could take 10 days. There was a note in their website's order details saying that address couldn't be found. So item was returned. My daughter's home has been a valid, occupied residence for over 75 years, so excuse is bogus. After waiting over 1 hour to speak to a manager of this department, I was told he could only offer me a $10 gift card. When I refused that he said he could only go as high as $15. I was told that there was no one higher in the management chain available to speak to. This was a most disappointing experience all around. A grandchild without their Christmas present, a frustrated customer with their money tied up for 10 days, and a 1 hour wait on hold to speak to a manager. I should have gone the Amazon, or bookstore route for this purchase.
