needs improvement

Strap across instep is too short, or the hook %26 loop at the outside of foot is too short. I can barely make the end stick. Size runs a bit small. I ordered a 10, and it just fits, though my normal size is 9 1/2. Shoes are light and easy to wear otherwise.
