This mucinex helps with coughing, sneezing, and helped with my sinus issues. The night time really helped me fall asleep being able to breathe a little easier and not be so congested. The night time also really helped with my really bad sinusitis infection I had and I was better in three days taking the daytime and night time as directed. I noticed if you take them with a Flavored water it didn't have much of a taste is what I really liked since I'm not good with taste of medicine tasting nasty. The only issue the pills are a little big and hard for me to swallow at times. But other than that I definitely recommend these for all of your cold and flu symptoms and especially sinuses.

Works amazing for sinus pain, pressure and drainag
This medicine really does help with the congestion during the day, it opens you up to get all the stuff out, which relieves the pressure in your head, chest and nasal congestion. Then the the meds for night helps out where it calms down the drainage enough where you can sleep but still continues to work relieving also the headaches associated with sinus pain in pressure.
