Terrible Laptop - Blue Screens Daily
I purchased this laptop two months ago. It is powerful, but it has been problematic since the first day of purchase. The sound did not work when I turned on the PC and it blue screens every day multiple times a day. This is a new computer under warranty and HP Support told me that I would need to pay to have someone fix the issue. Don't waste your money. This notebook is unreliable and crashes all of the time. If you're expecting to buy a working computer -- this is not it.
