It does that it says, it takes to charging easily and glows low while it lasts. It is more goopy, thicker, than normal paint, which is noticeable as you apply so note that for yourselves.

Fantastic!

FolkArt paint is the best paint I've used, and their glow in the dark looks super cool! Shows up really well in the dark but hard to take a picture of. I got the clear but it still is very neon green and doesn't leave a weird look where you put it. Pictured below is the paint bottle at night and then the Mario canvas (also in FolkArt paint) I painted has the glow in the dark paint outlining Mario, the names and also the circle he's coming out of. My nephew loved it and it glows very vividly! Great for crafts (kids or adults) each canvas I used it on it blended in really well and looked great!
