I didn't expect it to be that big.Perfect for large families.No more frying two batches of chicken.I bought it specifically to fry chicken.The chicken turned out perfect.Ive never seen chicken that beautifully brown before.I have used a cast iron skillet for frying chicken for fifty years,and it was ok,but I never saw one as big as this skillet.If you want to stay in the kitchen longer,keep using what you have,or buy this big skillet,and fry loads of chicken all at one time.ENJOY. perfect

I used this the first time for sautéing chicken thighs from Sams. Got a whole package in there! Some good olive oil and seasonings- turned out perfectly. Higher heat to get a little browning, then lower. Start smelling the aroma and you’re about ready! I divide up into storage containers and freeze a third. All these pans that are no stick clean up so much better when the pan is cool ! I only use a small amount of baking soda occasionally. I like it- finally figured out where to store it.
