The laptop came as expected in the mail via ups. The screen has a led bleeding where there are yellowish spots when the screen is very dark or black on loading its not noticeable when your using the computer but it is very annoying having paid so much for this laptop What i was looking for and couldnt find anywhere else with these newer 10th gen laptops was a 17 inch screen. this is however not the 144hz model only 60hz the backlight keyboard is pretty nice having the room for 1tb 2.5hd and ssd together is a bonus for storage of games etc. i have been playing cold war on ultra with hdmi out to a 55 inch tv and am getting 100 fps as for the reviews everyone says about the heat its a gaming laptop of course its going to get warm i havent had the gpu running above 80c and 85c is normal while gaming. the only downside was the screen error and on dells website it claims that this is a manufacturer error that does occur its not really worth sending it in and trying to claim warranty over it. Ill just wait for it to go out and replace it with the 144hz screen when the time comes IT ALSO does not state that is is 2x4gb of ram i had assumed it was 1 8gb stick and had a extra open SoDimm which i was wrong and had to order another stick very easy to upgrade once you take the back panel off
