High Protein/ Low Carb doesnt get any easier!

These are delicious with a wide variety of sugarfree fillings. Easiest is 2 boxes sugarfree instant pudding mix (flavor of choice) 3 cups milk. Or "no bake cheesecake pie" with 1/2 above but 8 oz block of cream cheese beaten into some pudding. OR of course there is cottage cheese blended creamy before adding a teaspoon of vanilla %26 box of pudding mix. plan to do a "Pina Colda Pie" for Christmas: cream cheese, crushed pineapple, unsweetened coconut flakes %26 instant pudding mix. Another uses pumpkin puree with the cream cheese. Pudding packs can be vanilla flavor or comes in a cheesecake flavor when adding fruit to be primary flavor... Point is, these nut crusts compliment all those beautifully! I think much better than graham cracker crusts. These are pricey. But seems all healthier options are pricier than the sugarladen stuff.

This pecan pie crust makes Sweet Potato Pie a nutritional powerhouse for your body. Not only do the nuts add flavor, they also add protein your body needs. The healthy fats in the nuts also help keep you from feeling hungry longer. This crust also gives a sturdy structure to the pie. And, of course, it's easy!! I will definitely use this crust again! This pie crust worked great for my cherry cheesecake over the Thanksgiving holiday. We took it with us while traveling to a family dinner, and the clear plastic liner worked perfectly as a protective cover while in transit, keeping the pie free from being damaged during the drive. The crust held up well, was easy to slice and tasted wonderful. This was an easy dessert to put together, and no dishes to remember to take home. I will be buying this again!!
