Although it's quite tart, and I love tart, I eat lemons. But, the excellent thing is, it's not nearly as thick as the one I was given in the hospital for three years. It's an excellent supplement if you have a variety of illnesses that attack the protein or if you can't get enough. I definitely like this one. It's healing my hair, and my nails are strong again.
