Amazing deal. This mattress is a bit firmer than a hybrid memory foam mattress. It's more bouncy and has a great cool feel. It was extremely easy to set up. We had a shipping issue and the seller shipped overnight to correct the issue. The base set up was incredibly easy.

DO NOT BUY Bridgevine King Flex Head combination

We ordered a Flex Top and according to the picture and explanation we ordered a single base to support the new Flex Top. Instead we got 2 single bed bases instead a king base with split head function and synchronized foot raising. There was an issue between Bed Bath and Beyond and Walmart. It was ordered from Walmart and supplied from Bed Bath and Beyond. We received the two twin base separately from the mattress and on a different day. The pickup of the old mattress was scheduled for the same day we received the new one. So we ended up with a new split mattress and no base. We had to put the new mattress on the floor. We asked to return it all. It has taken 3 weeks to settle with us returning both the mattress and the twin bases. The twin base was easy to return since it was still in the box and still on our porch. They wanted us to take it to UPS. We are elderly and could not begin to pick or move the box. Finally they issued a UPS pick up ticket to come get it. The mattress return is a MESS. We were told to call around to get someone who would take it as a donation. After many calls we finally found someone to come get it for a donation. Why were we doing this when it was not our issue!!! They sent a set of instructions that have to be followed for the donation. The donation people said that was impossible because it is not how they work and the volunteers who pick it up cannot be responsible to follow such instructions!!!f What a giant mess!! Meanwhile people in their 70's are still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. We can't afford to put another one on our credit card until the credit for the mess goes on!!! We are not sure what we will do after the donation company picks up our mattress.....we are still trying to figure it out..... DO NOT ORDER the Bridgevine King Flex Head and base. They do not WORK together. We DID NOT WANT two twin bed frames!!!! We could have just ordered a regular split bed..... Lots of tears and frustration while we slept on the floor for Christmas and New Years!!!
