Didn't receive what I ordered.

I thought I was receiving 12 composition notebooks of various colors. What I received was 3 notebooks of 150 sheets each. Not what I ordered at all, and I didn't give authorization to substitute on this. I was very disappointed when I saw something different than I ordered.
