easy and convenient
I seem to have a decent immune system! I try and enhance it with a d-3/vitamin k-2 combination and for me the convenience of the dropper works. I think this is the best value out there and I like NOW products. It seems that d-3 is the vitamin C of the present time--it's supposedlly good for nearly everything--hopefully that is true--if you feel the same then I recommend using this product.

very good product
After taking this for 1 month after being detected as vitamin D deficient by my doctor (blood level of 15) my level went above 40 after being retested. I must say I took about 10 drops a day for 1 month. The oral vitamin D3 did not work to bring my level up only this liquid form was effective. Leave it under the tongue for 30-60 seconds to allow it to be absorbed properly.
