Inositol belongs to the vitamins of group B, which enters the body from food of animal and vegetable origin. In this product, myo-inositol, the richest form of this nutrient, is used as inositol. Inositol is found in all cell membranes (especially in brain cells and the entire central nervous system). Inositol is also very important for the proper action of insulin, carbohydrate metabolism, as well as for maintaining calcium balance at the cellular level.

PCOS helper

I ordered this for my sister to help manage her PCOS symptoms and it's been helping, especially with the heaviness of her periods! She takes 2g in the morning and sometimes at night too (it's been shown to help sleep quality too!) The science behind inositol helping PCOS is that increases insulin sensitivity, decreases hyperandrogenism (aka too much testosterone and androgen hormones) and improves the menstrual cycle.

Amazing

This product was recommended by my gynecologist as my periods were late for couple of months. I would drink it before bedtime, and after less than 2 months, my cycle came back to regular one. I took it together with maca pills and herbal teas for menstruation and it did wonders to me. I didn't feel even PMS sometimes which is great(especially for people around me😁)
