Noticeable improvement in mental clarity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I have been consistently taking it for a couple of months now, and can definitely tell if I miss a day! I feel clear minded, have less brain fog, and overall feel I can focus better. I love this product. My only struggle is sometimes the size of the three capsules (photo attached) but they are gel coated so it is OK.

I wanted to try lecithin because a friend raved about the benefits for the brain and its cells. As I use choline, I ordered this and have been seeing health benefits. I felt like I function ed better in general and I felt more energetic with the product. I enjoyed this product
