Burdock is listed in the German Commission "E" Monographs. Studies suggest that burdock root oil extract is rich in phytosterols and essential fatty acids (including rare long-chain EFAs).

Burdock’s active ingredients are arcigen, calcium, chlorogenic acid, essential oil, flavonoids, iron, inulin, lactone, mucilage, polyacetylenes, potassium, resin, tannin, and taraxosterol. With the Swanson, Superior Herbs, Blueberry Leaf, the Extract 60 mg 90 Caps Contains high Oxygen, Radical is Absorbance Capacity chlorogenic acid, to make my stomach feel very comfortable.
