Forever grateful!

I have 3 different sized air vents and purchased 4 filters for each size. We have severe allergies so I decided to upgrade to a higher MERV rating. Little did I know that the AC would choke on those better filters. I am truly thankful I was allowed to exchange the unused filters for a lower MERV rating! You guys are the best!!!
