I really have enjoyed adding this product to my monthly menu. It's so perfect, please don't change it! It's moist n has a wonderful taste. It's been an easy treat to add fresh fruit n other toppings on these wonderful light Pancakes. Try them with dark Chocolate Chips and diced Banana's in them. Yummy! Easy to mix, good taste.

I switched to this brand after the woke name change of my former go-to pancake mix. My son asks for waffles and pancakes several times a week and this is an easy mix since it only requires water to add unless you opt for the eggs and oil for the waffles. It makes for a good funnel cake mix also.
