Best Angle food cake mix

But don't buy here way to expensive - can't believe the price! Purchase from Fry's in AZ for less than $4.00

Never buy again

I knew by the name “Perfectly Moist” to be warned that this may not be fluffy. And it definitely was not fluffy. This batter never fluffed up during the mixing process. I even added two egg whites in desperation. But, this is NOT angel food whatsoever. The batter was thin and the cake did not rise. Consequently, it caused my recipe to totally fail. Will start using Betty Crocker now as I have used that brand of angel food and it was perfect. Duncan Hines used to be my go-to brand for guaranteed success but never again.
