As Advertised!
Whisper Quiet and easily installed. The internal blade mounting means no more bent arms to cause an imbalance. This fan via description and picture is obviously only remote controlled. Those that purchase that do not read/assume should not hold Hunter responsible. They even give you the amount of Lumens that the lights put out. They provide enough wire to add longer downrod, instructions are simple and even have mounting options and extra hardware. Have questions? Contact their Customer service prior to purchasing. I bought this fan online and could not be happier with it. Thank you Hunter for always making a quality product and supporting it.

Poor User Experience
I just purchased/installed 6 Hunter fans (2 Abernathy, 3 Loki, 1 Lincoln) in my new home and am sorely disappointed that this product does not include dual switch management. It seems as though Hunter didn't consider the user experience as they designed this feature. Here's hoping that my kids don't lose or break these flimsy remotes!
