I love Filter King. The site is simple to use. They provide wonderful filters and you can get sizes that are difficult to get anywhere else. I buy them for my son's apartment because what is provided for his apartment is unacceptable (in my opinion). I was charged 3 times for the (same) order however. It took awhile to get my bank on the same page with what had happened but it was cleared up in a week without me contacting Filter King. I did get the credit issued by my bank and that was a relief. I placed a large order and it was not cheap. I figure that was an accounting error, not a filter issue. Perhaps next time I might call my order in. I sure don't want 3 charges again for a single order. This is the second time I have ordered from Filter King and would not hesitate to use them again however. If it is a confusing or large order, however, I will call them to order.
