I've use these laces in my Reebok Crossfit Nanos. If you looking for a sure fire way to avoid your laces coming untied in a workout, I'd highly recommend picking up a pair. The laces adjust perfectly to the tension you choose and then you are set to go without worry.

These would probably work better with the locking piece, but just using them as regular shoe laces isn't great. They are incredibly difficult to tie if they do come undone, and it's hard for me to find that balance between too snug and too loose. All in all, I could take them or leave them.
