Super creamy. To make it even better we use a blender %26 mix 1 scoop SlimFast with 5.3 ounce cup of flavored light greek yogurt (instead of cup of milk) %26 1 cup of water, since the greek yogurt is too thick, which boost the protein for the same calories, and also give it some flavor. Really want to boost the flavor, then add a sugar free drink stick with the same flavor as the yogurt %26 2 cups of ice and it really filling with a great taste. Almost a true smoothie for less than 200 calories.

I have struggled with my weigh i guess since i hit my 20's and from there the pounds just kept pilling on and at first i didnt really care but then it kept getting worse and i saw that person in the mirror i didn't know any more it made me really sad and i felt so ugly inside and out. I tried all kinds of diets I'd loss some then gain even more back i finally talk to my Dr. so i ended up having the gaster bypass done it was really hard and a long hard road but i did it i lost the weight and then i fell into depression and let me tell you it's no excuse at all but i let it let me gain alot of that weight back until i was looking at some pictures one day of myself and i was like i can't believe i worked this hard to loss all this weight before and here I've gained it back so i said NO this stops today right here so i remembered i drank alot of Slim Fast when i had my surgery so i went out and bought my Slim Fast and i started it first thing the next morning that was almost a year ago today and I'm so proud of myself and i have a shake every morning and one for lunch and I've lost 112 pounds so far and I've kept the weight off and i don't get hungry and i love Slim Fast it taste so good i use the powder so i can mix it anyway i like it i absolutely love the creamy chocolate it's my all time favorite.
