Too small for 24 months

Do not connect the flowers to the dress. It attaches with a sharp brooch pin on either side. It could hurt the child. The pin also has to go through the dress to attach,thus causing a hole to be pierced through the material. Pin on the flowers is larger than a needle but very sharp. Lastly, the flowers do not go all the way across the dress. It is a pretty dress for the money.
