While placing my first online order, I managed to order 6 of the wrong size filters. When I received the order, I called customer service and spoke to a live representative. He was courteous, professional, and understanding. The correct filters were sent at no extra charge. Although the price was a 3rd of the cost I could purchase them locally, it is their customer service is what will have me coming back to Filter King from here on out. Thank you.
