Too cute for words! Very pretty, tiny white floral print on slate blue background. Elastic at cuffs, ruffle across the chest front, and 2 button closure at the back. Light weight, sort of Gingham type material. Comes with white tights! Very well constructed. Bought on a "flash sale" so pretty much paid better than half the price but after seeing, would have happily paid the full price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
