This stuff is fantastic. I started out with 1 teaspoon and then after three days 2 teaspoons and after another three days half the tablespoon now I'm up to 1 tablespoon. The stuff is awesome. I don't get jittery. I'm sleeping better at night. Maybe it's just me. I'm not sure. But I take a tablespoon now of it before I drink my coffee. I don't mix it with my coffee because I mix collagen peptide with my coffee and my creamer. I've also think I've started remembering things that I had slipped my mind just throwing it out there .. I'm 57-year-old female. Thank you very much bulletproof number one..
