A New Fan
You do need to make sure the bracket that the fan hangs on is level so the fan works properly. The air flow that comes off the fan at a low speed is amazing. This fan is well worth its cost.

Plan on spending at least an hour on install
Now that I have the fan installed, it's very nice. However, the installation was a pain in the neck. There are lots of random screws with no labels to what they are for. The box mounting screws were too small for the average threaded holes on the box. The plate that is installed before you attach the light had 20 holes in it with no description of what holes to screw into. There are video instructions, but they aren't very helpful. They need diagrams showing where things attach and what hardware to use. Very poorly labeled. There is also a receiver for the remote that has to be installed between the box and the fan. It is bulky and very hard to fit in the limited space.
