Shoes appear well made. Are washable on gentle cycle with air dry recommended. The shoes are very lightweight. Appear Breathable. Just tried them on. I hope they are good walking shoes. I plan to wear socks and appreciate that they do not fit snug but have a more relaxed feet, which is good for me if/when feet swell. I got them on sale—$40 and followed their online order fit guide of measuring my foot to order my correct size. Glad I did! Are comfortable! Similar fit to the SKECHERS GOWALK
