Hello I have to say outta all of there butt paste that I've used on my sons butt ever since he was a baby I can say that this one is top tier I highly recommend because the difference between the other ones is this one is all plant based and it's got Aloe Vera in it and I know one thing is that Aloe Vera is more then good it's amazing it does wonders for the body so if you have a baby who has really bad butt rashes please please buy this I promise you won't regret it you'll thank me later I can guarantee ya that and don't switch it up either use this and only this because babies butts are sensitive if you change it from this brand to a different one it could cause them to have an allergic reaction and that's not good so believe me I'm a mom so I know the pain of trying to find something for your in pain hurting baby so take it from me who's tried everything and give this a shot I hope this helps and have a wonderful day
