I have an older version of this and love mine. However, this one is much easier to use than mine is. I would totally recommend it! I took a head of lettuce from grocery store, washed %26 shook it dry, tore into usable pieces and put down into large mason jar %26 vacuum sealed. Put it in frig and used it for 5 weeks! It stays fresh and crisp. Of course you need to revacuum sealed it each time you use it!!!
