Flexible, great addition to the kit

I got this as part of a special deal where I bought the cast iron dutch oven, the cast iron grate and this. To be honest this is the one part of that trio I thought would be the least useful, but it has become a solid part of my repertoire. I followed the advise of the incomparable John Setzler and first tried the "Smash Burger" recipe, and I was hooked. This made it super easy, and made for a darned fine burger. Maybe not the every day use, but it is handy, and a welcome component of my Kamado Joe kit.

Great for grilling vegetables. So much more control than just putting them over the coals. Fairly easy to clean up. Well seasoned. Have not had issue with food sticking to it.
