This is a great way to tighten-up breads that are too crumbly to eat as intended. I buy a lot of grain-free mixes for pancakes or breads, and some cook up like cornbread -- they fall apart in your hands. This holds them together without having to add the additional water that's in fresh eggs, which can make a batter too wet; plus it helps if you don't have any eggs on hand. They last a long time (I keep the cannister in the fridge).

was worried that this would outdated already due to another amazon debacle... but had delted with Lucky Vitamin before and they were excellent.. they did not disappoint me on this egg white powder.. out date is 11/2024 as to the NOW egg white powder this will be my 3rd tub... it is my go to brand
