People don't understand. This is a product where it scales as it should. An OEM Microsoft controller will probably last longer, yes, but for $60 (vs $22) it will not last 3 times longer. So in the time you bought 3 of these they would outlast an OEM one but you only ever need one of these (see below). In the last 2 years alone of PC gaming I have gone through 3 Rock Candy 360 controllers and 1 Rock Candy Xbox One controller . I'm an adult so I don't have rage-fits and slam my controllers off the ground when I lose and that's important to say because the Rock Candy controllers just stopped working after a few months. One was the 'B' button, one was the 'RB' button, one was left stick being stuck pushed down, and one was the right stick thinking it was being touched when it wasn't (probably the worst thing to happen for FPS gaming as your sight is moved). The point? You get your money's worth by just getting a cheap one like this. It will last long enough and you only have to buy it once if you get a care plan for an extra $2-$4... buy, break, buy new one with warranty while you send yours back and as soon as they see it's in transit they give you full price paid back via electronic gift-card in email... rinse and repeat always getting the replacement controller for free as long as you've spent $2 for something you KNOW will break.
