Wrong size ring!

The ring itself look very nice and it was what I was hoping for; I gave this particular seller a 1 star rating because one of the rings came in with a wrong size. You can not make a mistake like that, especially if its an item that has to be very precise on size. Then when I asked for a refund or exchange they took 4 days to respond after I have sent all the requirements (Pictures, receipt, codes) and they responded saying "due to being an item of precious metal you have 7 days to return in from the day you receive it" In other words they delay their response in order for the customers to be out of the 7 day return policy. I opted for resizing the wrong size ring at my local jeweler and pay for it myself. Again, the ring looks very nice at a good price, but you run the risk of getting a wrong size ring due to the incompetence of the people who fulfill the orders at this particular seller.
