The technician was fastidious in the installation process, requesting my input in terms of the specifics of installation. He was very helpful in terms of placement of the modem post installation for possible improvement in Internet response which does seem to have occurred. He checked reception both before, and after installation. He was able to compare the reception on his phone, serviced by AT&T, to my phone, serviced by Verizon.I am grateful for the time he spent, and the explanations he shared. I cannot imagine a more positive installation experience. Since installation of We Boost, I have had no dropped calls nor difficulty with Internet access. As those difficulties were intermittent before, I am hoping that this improvement will continue.. Thank you.

Works great - but get the dome antenna

At our home we had 1 bar if we were lucky. I was skeptical but the Home Complete system works. We did upgrade and get the Dome Antenna that mounts to the ceiling (via the attic) on the second floor. I think it does a much better job of covering the inside of the house than the included wall antenna. Also, pay for the install if you aren't handy (like me). The tech did a great job of mounting the directional antenna and pointing it for the best signal capture on the roof. Now 3-5 bars anywhere in the house. Here's the thing: you have to have at least some signal, even weak, to amplify. If you have zero bars at all times to start, this isn't going to help much. But if you have a least one bar, some of the time outside your house, this will work.
