i love these vitamins they have everything i need in a vitamin. i have been using them for years. anytime someone say their vitamin is not working. i refer them to rainbow light women one 50 when they are my generation and when the are younger in 20s or 30s i tell them about women one.you can't get them in the store you must order online.
