This product does just want I wanted it to. I ordered on that was too small, then I ordered one that I thought would work better. It was suppose to be delivered in the next 3 days. It was not. No update on the tracking, no update from the seller. I called customer service and they cancelled the order so I tried again. Received my 3rd sun shade right on time, then the 2nd on showed up. so to restate the sun shade is of good quality, structure and just want I wanted. The problem was with the seller.

Installation was very easy. I screwed some eye hooks into my rafters, then used the included ropes to connect to the D rings at the corners. Two problems: The provided rope (1/8") is too thin and breaks down in a month or two. Not a problem as I replaced it with 3/16" rope. The bigger issue is that after a month, one of the D rings has already torn off. It was somewhat windy here, but not terribly so. Plus the shade is in a protected back yard. A bit disappointing, that. I've tied the corner material into a knot and will see if that holds together.
