disappointed wrong ink sent

I did not get the ink that I I ordered, I ordered it, the number 212 is the ink cartridges I use and it's written on the boxes and everything, but I was sent a totally different number on the cartridges that will fit in my printer, but will not work in it and I've have no way to send it back because I don't have a way to print off a return label and I don't have a car or ride to the post office, so I'm stuck without the ink that I needed and no way to get it replaced, don't have the money to reorder it at the current time. I expected to receive what I ordered.
