21 St Century Cal cium Magnesium Zinc + D3 90 Tabs

I absolutely love these vitamins. I actually started using them because of fluid retention. I didn't know that cal/mag zinc %26 D3 could actually help w/ this (mainly the magnesium, I believe). I was using a different brand initially and it helped slightly, but for some reason, this brand seems to not only work, but it works better than the other. Since I began taking these, I haven't had any fluid retention in my leg/ankle. I would most definitely recommend. Not only that, but magnesium basically activates vitamin D %26 vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. With this supplement, you don't need to buy 3 separate vitamins, so looking at it this way, you're also saving some money!
