These cookies are only available in the Philadelphia area so it was a treat to be able to have these shipped to me in DC. These are fall/Halloween seasonal spiced wafers that I grew up on- they are more than just ginger snaps- they have a great crunch with a bit more spice kick to it- along with ginger, they have cloves allspice and nutmeg. I love having them in the afternoon with with black tea.
