Although these are considered outdoor bar stools, they are perfect for an indoor bar area. The "rope" back is just what I was looking for. Glad they have a cushion on the seat, not sure it would be comfy to sit on rope. The cushions seem very water repellent, but I did spray with scotch guard ( I have grands)
