Making snow in the bedroom!
Nice to find a slide out chassis in this btu range. The case, shipped in a flat box, was strong, easy to assemble and well thought out. Excellent overall experience.

Good, but not Great
Discharge air is no colder than 50°-55° with the room temp starting at 75°. I would expect air in the 40° range like the little unit that this replaced. Otherwise, the unit is relatively quiet. Controls are easy to use and the WiFi option is great. The installer did a 5-Star job on the installation.

We are glad to hear you had a great experience with the installation of your air conditioner, and we’d like to provide some clarification regarding its cooling performance. This model's temperature range can be set between 60 and 85° F and is not able to be set below this range. It is normal for the air coming into the room to be above 40°. As long as your air conditioner is reaching the set temperature, it is operating normally. For best performance and efficiency, we recommend cleaning the air filter often, ensuring nothing is blocking the air flow from the unit, and checking the outdoor coils of the unit regularly for debris.
